Today we are going to learn how to draw and color a rhinoceros. This is a fun, easy-peasy, and well-detailed tutorial that teaches kids to draw and use different colors.

Let’s get drawing!
Let’s draw the Rhinoceros’ head.
Step 1: First draw the outline of the head and the ears on both sides of the head as shown below.
Step 2: In the ears, draw two small leaf-like arcs from the head attaching to the tips of the arcs, as shown below.
Step 3: Draw the shoe-tip-like mouth like a continuation of the head with an open mouth, flared nose, and a horn above the nose. Draw a tongue in the mouth.
Step 4: To draw the eyes, draw a circle on one side of the head and another circle inside the outer one. Color the inside circle black leaving a small white dot at the center. Draw an eyebrow above the eye. Repeat on the other side, separated by the nose bridge arc, to make two eyes with eyebrows.
Let’s draw the Rhinoceros’ body and legs.
Step 5: From the left mid-lower part of the left ear, draw a curve and bend it downwards to make the back and the back leg.
Step 6: From the same point draw an arc downwards as the shoulder.
Step 7: Draw the tail behind the back leg with a tufted end.
Step 8: Draw the lower curve to complete the rhinoceros’ body, leaving a gap for one front leg and the back leg.
Step 9: Draw two back legs and two front legs with toenails on the lower side of the body.
Let’s paint
Step 10: Use a pink color to paint the inner part of the ear and the tongue.
Step 11: Use black color to paint the tufted part of the tail.
Step 12: Use a grey color to paint the head, outer part of the ears, body, legs, and tail of the rhinoceros leaving out the inner part of the ears, eyes, horn, tongue, the tufted part of the tail, and toenails.
Finally, we have a rhinoceros drawing!
