Kwik is a brand new on-demand, last-mile bike delivery service focusing on large West African cities. It currently operates in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan in Nigeria, and is looking to expand to other cities in the country and continent soon.

Kwik uses the power of technology to solve logistics and transportation issues and to create economic opportunities for young Africans of promise.

It is also a provider of on-demand delivery services intended to provide B2B logistics services to African merchants. The company’s services offer a wide range of shipping options for fast on-demand delivery services, enabling clients to enjoy quick, and cheap delivery services.

Kwik delivers many things ranging from food, parcels, shopping goods, documents, groceries, and electronics among others. However, the maximum weight its riders are allowed to carry in their Kwik box is 20 kg.

How it Works

Account Creation

Kwik is an app-based last-mile delivery service. They focus on B2B customers; although anyone can create an account either by downloading their app on the Google Store or the Apple Store or by accessing the service through their website.

Once your account is created, you specify your pick-up and delivery addresses as well as various options such as the type of delivery and the system proposes you a delivery price.

Once you have checked out your order, the price is fixed and one of their Kwiksters will promptly come to pick it up at the specified location.

Placing Orders

Kwik uses its online platform for placing delivery requests to independent delivery partners. It connects kwiksters to customers with delivery needs. All one needs to do is sign up and place an order.

Payment and Delivery

Customers can pay for the delivery price through a variety of options: with local & international debit and credit cards, through their Paga account, or cash on pick up and cash on delivery.

Kwik charges delivery fees by distance covered only and their delivery fees start from as low as N400 depending on the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations.

Kwik Delivery commits to deliver within 2 hours from pick up in Lagos, 1 hour in Abuja, and 1 hour in Ibadan.

On top of that, once your shipment is picked up, you receive a link allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.

The kwik boxes are designed to hold 25 kg maximum at a time and they can hold any item or bundle of items with a maximum size of 36x36x42.
